What renters say

Most Trustpilot ratings are one star. They often mention getting a different car than agreed, the condition of the car, late delivery, and extra charges or deposit refunds when the car went back. A smaller group rates it highly for helpful staff and good value.

Summed up from public pages (Trustpilot (opens in a new tab), Trustpilot, page 2 (opens in a new tab), Google Maps (opens in a new tab)), not our own view.
