Corrections and removal requests

How to correct information on SupercarMenu, ask us to remove personal data or report content you believe is illegal. It costs nothing, and no payment changes our decision.

Correcting company information

Prices, fleets and descriptions on company pages come from each company’s own website or from the company itself. The page shows the source and the date. If something is wrong, email hello@supercarmenu.com with the page link, what is wrong and the correct information, with a source if you have one.

A price we read on a company’s website shows what that website showed. A rental company can change its website, or claim its page through For rental companies and send its own prices, deposits and rental terms.

We reply within 5 working days. When we confirm that something is wrong, we correct or remove it within 2 working days. If we do not agree, we tell you why.

What renters say summaries

A summary sums up what renters wrote on the public pages it links to. We change it when it does not match those pages, when a page is no longer online, when it names a private person, or when it may break the law. A sentence that may break the law comes off the page while we check it. We do not remove or soften a fair summary because a company disagrees with what renters wrote.

Stopping us reading your website

Block SupercarMenuBot in your website’s robots.txt file, and we stop at our next daily visit. Prices we already read stop showing within 3 days.

Or email us from an address on your company’s website domain: within 2 working days we stop reading your website and take your prices off SupercarMenu. If you have no email address on that domain, write to us anyway, and we find another way to check that the request comes from your company. If you ask, we also remove your company page.

Personal data

If a page shows personal data about you, such as your name, phone number or car plate, email us the page link and what you want removed. We remove it unless the law requires or allows us to keep it. If we keep it, we tell you why. We may ask you to show that the data is about you.

Facts about a rental company, such as its name, prices and cars, describe a business, so a personal data request does not remove them. If your business carries your own name, tell us and we weigh your request under data protection law.

For access to or deletion of data we hold about you, see the privacy notice. We reply within 5 working days and finish within one month. If a request is complex, we may need up to two more months, and we tell you why within the first month.

Reporting illegal content

Anyone can tell us about content on SupercarMenu they believe is illegal. Email hello@supercarmenu.com with:

  • the page link and the exact text or picture;
  • why you believe it is illegal;
  • your name and email address;
  • a statement that you believe, in good faith, that your report is accurate and complete.

We confirm that we received your report and decide within 5 working days. Then we tell you what we decided and why.

Reviews

Reviews are not open yet. Once they open, you can report a review with the Report link under it or by email. A report does not hide the review: a moderator checks it against the review policy, which also says what happens when a company says a reviewer was not its customer.

Official orders

We carry out orders from a court or a competent authority to act against content, or to give information, within the time the order sets. We tell the authority what we did. We also tell the person whose content is affected, unless the order says we must not.

Our decision and how to ask again

A person reads every request and decides. No automated tool makes the decision. We tell you what we decided and why. When we remove or restrict something someone wrote, we also tell that person which rule or law it breaks.

If you disagree, reply to our email within 6 months and say why. We look at it again and give you a final answer within 5 working days. You can also go to court, or complain to the Communications Regulatory Authority of the Republic of Lithuania (RRT), to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI) about personal data, or to the authority in your EU country. See the legal notice.

Write to us in English or Lithuanian.

Payment never changes a decision

Corrections and removals are free. Nobody pays us anything today. No payment, now or later, removes, hides or changes a review, a summary or a fact, or moves a company up in the price order.
