SupercarMenu

Terms of use

These terms apply to everyone who uses SupercarMenu. They say what we do, what we do not do and what we expect from you. By using the site, you accept them.

Who we are

SupercarMenu is run by MB SupercarMenu. Postal address: Vilniaus g. 16, Vilnius, Lithuania. Email: hello@supercarmenu.com. This email is also our single point of contact for users and authorities under the EU Digital Services Act. You can write to us in English or Lithuanian.

More details are in the legal notice. How we handle personal data is in our privacy notice. In these terms, “we” means the operator of SupercarMenu and “you” means anyone who uses the site. These terms are in English.

What SupercarMenu does

SupercarMenu compares prices for self drive luxury car rental in Dubai and links to the rental companies’ websites. Using it is free.

We do not rent out cars, arrange rentals, take payments or hold any money for you. Your rental contract is only between you and the rental company. We are not a party to it, and we do not act for you or for the company. If something goes wrong with a rental, contact the company. We cannot settle disputes between you and a company.

Rental companies that sign in through For rental companies to manage their page or send rates also accept the terms for rental companies.

Prices: check before you pay

Prices come from the rental companies. We read them on each company’s own website once a day, or the company sends them to us. We show a price read on a website for up to 3 days after we last read it. We show a price a company sent us for up to 30 days after it last saved or confirmed it, or until its own website shows a new price. So a price may have changed by the time you see it. Each price says whether VAT is included, added by us, or not stated. We do not list every rental company in Dubai.

We check prices with care, but we cannot promise that a price is correct or that a company will honour it. Before you pay anything, confirm with the company:

  • the total price for your dates, with VAT;
  • the deposit, how it is taken and when you get it back;
  • the insurance, and the amount you pay yourself if the car is damaged;
  • the kilometres included and the charge for each extra kilometre;
  • delivery, Salik road tolls, fees for traffic fines and any other charges;
  • the rules on age, driving licence and documents;
  • the full rental contract.

If you see a wrong price, tell us at hello@supercarmenu.com.

How prices and companies are ordered

On each car page, each company appears once, highest Best Deal Rating first; you can sort by lowest daily price instead. Some prices are kept out of the comparison, such as “from” prices, night packages and unusual prices, and the page says so. How we compare prices explains how lists of cars and companies are sorted and the main things that decide each order. If we add another order, we will explain it there before it starts.

No company can pay for a higher place in the order of prices, whether it is sorted by Best Deal Rating or by price. Today no payment changes any order on SupercarMenu.

Paid features

Today SupercarMenu earns nothing from renters or from rental companies. Listing a company, claiming its page and sending rates are free. We may offer paid features to rental companies in the future. Each one will be clearly labelled wherever it appears. We will describe it on this page and on How we compare prices before it starts. No payment will ever buy a higher place in the order of prices.

Company descriptions and what renters say

Company pages show a short description, and sometimes a line on what stands out. We write both from the company’s own website, and we link to the pages we used and give the date we checked them.

Some company pages also sum up what renters write about the company on public websites, such as Trustpilot, Tripadvisor and business directories. We link to those sources and to a Google Maps search for the company.

A summary reports what other people wrote. It is not our verdict or a recommendation, and we do not check whether what they wrote is true. We write summaries in neutral words and do not repeat claims that a company committed a crime. Read the sources and make up your own mind. If a company thinks its page is wrong, see corrections and removal requests.

Pictures and names of cars

Car pictures on SupercarMenu are images of the model made by computer. They are not photos of a car that a company offers, and the car you rent can look different. Car makes, model names and logos belong to their owners. We use them only to name the cars. SupercarMenu is not part of, or approved by, any car maker or rental company.

Our pages link to rental companies’ websites, to the sources of our descriptions, summaries and guides, and to Google Maps. These links open in a new tab. Those websites are run by others under their own terms and privacy rules. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content. We add no tracking codes to these links.

Reviews

Reviews are not open yet. When they open, our review policy applies together with these terms. In short: you write only about your own rental, and a moderator reads every review before it is published. We confirm each reviewer’s email address, but we do not check that the reviewer rented from the company. The company can post one reply. A moderator reads it first, and it follows the same rules.

You keep your rights in a review or a reply you write. You give us free, worldwide permission to show it on SupercarMenu while it is published, and to keep copies in our records and backups. You can still use your text anywhere else.

Using SupercarMenu fairly

You may use SupercarMenu for your own information and share links to our pages. Do not:

  • use bots, scrapers or other automatic tools to copy prices, lists or pages from our site (search engines may index our pages within the limits our website sets for them);
  • copy, republish or sell our price tables, lists, texts or pictures, in full or in large parts, without our written permission;
  • send false, misleading, abusive or illegal content through our forms, or reports you know are unfounded;
  • pretend to be someone else, or claim a company page or sign in for a company you may not act for;
  • send spam, advertising or links through our forms;
  • try to get around our spam check, limits or security, or put an unusual load on the site;
  • use SupercarMenu for anything illegal.

If you break these rules, we may refuse or remove what you sent, limit your access to the site, or end a company’s sign in. If someone often sends clearly illegal content or clearly unfounded reports, we first warn them. If it goes on, we may stop handling what they send for a set period. If you find a security problem, please tell us at hello@supercarmenu.com.

Reporting illegal content

If you think something on SupercarMenu is illegal, tell us. It can be a review, a company reply, a price, a company description, a summary or anything else on the site. When reviews are open, each review has a Report link. For anything else, email hello@supercarmenu.com with:

  • the link to the page, and which part you mean;
  • why you think it is illegal;
  • your name and email address;
  • a statement that you believe your report is accurate and complete.

A person reads every report. If you give us your email address, we confirm that we received your report. We then tell you our decision, the reason and how to ask us to look again. We decide within 5 working days. If a case needs longer, we tell you why.

You can report content that breaks these terms or the review policy in the same way. To correct facts about a company or to ask us to remove personal data, see corrections and removal requests. We also follow orders from courts and competent authorities.

Our decisions and how to ask us to look again

We may remove or refuse a review or a company reply, keep a price out of the comparison, hide a company’s rates, end a company’s sign in, or stop listing a company. We do this when content is illegal, or when it breaks these terms, the review policy or the terms for rental companies.

Automatic checks help us. They flag reviews that may contain phone numbers, email addresses, links, number plates, insults or accusations. They hold rates sent by a company for a person to check, for example when the price changes a lot. They also keep unusual prices out of the comparison, by the rules on How we compare prices. A person decides every refusal or removal of a review or a reply.

When we remove or restrict something that someone sent us, we tell them by email if we have their address. We say what we did, why, which rule or law it breaks, whether an automatic check played a part, and how to ask us to look again.

To ask us to look again at any of our decisions, reply to our email or write to hello@supercarmenu.com within 6 months. Tell us why you think we got it wrong. We look at the case again and tell you the result and the reason. You can also go to court, or complain to the Communications Regulatory Authority of Lithuania (RRT), which supervises the EU Digital Services Act in Lithuania.

Our liability

SupercarMenu is free. We take care with what we show, but prices and facts come from rental companies and other public sources. They can be wrong, late or incomplete. The site may sometimes be unavailable, and we may change, pause or stop parts of it.

We are not responsible for what a rental company does or fails to do, including its prices, cars, contracts, deposits, insurance, fees and service. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for:

  • lost profit, lost opportunities or other indirect loss;
  • loss caused by a price or fact that we took in good faith from a rental company or another public source.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it. For example, we remain liable for harm we cause on purpose or by gross negligence, and for death or personal injury we cause.

Your consumer rights, law and disputes

If you use SupercarMenu as a consumer, you keep every right that the law of your home country gives you and that an agreement cannot take away. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Lithuanian law governs these terms, without taking away those rights. If you have a problem with SupercarMenu, please write to us first at hello@supercarmenu.com. A consumer who lives in the EU or the UK can take a dispute to the courts where they live or to the courts of Lithuania. We can take a dispute against such a consumer only to the courts where they live. Any other dispute goes to the courts of Lithuania. You can also complain to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (VVTAT).

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when our service or the law changes. We publish important changes on this page at least 14 days before they apply, unless the law or the need to stop abuse requires a faster change. If you have a published review, we also tell you by email. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies.

These terms were last changed on 10 October 2026.
